Accessibility Statement
TellTours is committed to making our app and website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every traveler to be able to discover and enjoy the world with us.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to follow the accessibility best practices of the platforms we build on (Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Google’s Material Design). This is the same standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the European Accessibility Act (EAA).
What we do
- Maintain readable color contrast and scalable text.
- Provide descriptive labels for buttons and controls so screen readers (VoiceOver, TalkBack) can announce them.
- Use touch targets large enough to tap comfortably.
- Avoid conveying information through color alone.
- Support system settings such as larger text and reduced motion where possible.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time task. We test with assistive technologies and improve continuously. Some areas may not yet be fully accessible, and we’re actively working on them.
We want your feedback
If you encounter any accessibility barrier in TellTours, please tell us — we take it seriously and will work to fix it.
Email: info@telltours.com
Please describe the issue, the screen or feature involved, and the device and assistive technology you were using, so we can reproduce and address it quickly.
